Your memory

Ava can remember things you tell her so conversations feel continuous. Here's how it works:

• What's stored: short notes like preferences, facts, and goals — never passwords or payment details.
• Auto-save: when Ava notices something worth remembering, she saves it and tells you ("Memory saved"). Some memories need your OK first.
• Delete anytime: review, edit, or erase anything on the memories page. To delete your whole account and everything in it, use Delete my data below.

Your conversations

Your chats are private to your account. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to target you elsewhere. Analytics are limited to anonymous first-party product events (like message counts), not message content.

Safety, not therapy

Ava is a companion, not a professional. She can't provide medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you're struggling, please talk to a human professional you trust. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country right away.

Delete my data

This deletes your account and everything attached to it: your memories (including their text), conversations and transcripts, messages, settings, and stored call records. It signs out every device, and any phone or user link to the account stops working.

If you have Ava Plus or unused call minutes, they end with the account. They cannot be restored or transferred afterward — there is no way to recover a deleted account or its purchases. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Apart from the financial records and the temporary backup copies described in the Privacy Policy, nothing is kept. The financial records are kept with your account details removed from them.
